Sterling Moss Agate Shamrock Bar Pin

This small sterling pin is very nice! It measures 1 5/8” by ½” at the widest point (On the Shamrock). The back is signed SILVER. It has a wide “C” clamp and the bar is tooled with a design. It is a great addition to any collection.

Celluloid with Gold Tone Metal Flowers Bar Pin

This lovely bar pin is a cream color Celluloid with a metal appliqué on the top. The back has a riveted set pin and marked PAT. 2066969. It has a safety catch with a bar over the opening.

Chromium Plated Filigree Blue Marquise Glass Bar Pin

This open worked pin is 1 ¾”“ by 3/8”. The open metal work was called pierced and is typically 20’s to early 30’s. The marquise cut unfoiled stone is glass. It has the older pull down safety clasp. Pins like this can be seen in “Popular Jewelry 1840-1940” by Ettinger, on page 124.

Tiny Half Moon Shaped Flower Pin

This adorable little pin is from the early 1920’s. It has painted flowers with a celluloid cover on top. The pin measures 1 ¾” by 3/16” and has the “C” clasp. It is silver tone pot metal.

Vintage Scarab Wings and Snake Pin

This beautiful pin measures 2 3/8" long and 5/8" wide. This pin is silver, with the mark of Egyptian silver. The scarab looks to be a glazed glass or porcelain piece, with evidence of crazing. The scarab has snakes on either side and then wings stretching out. The back has the old "C" Clasp with the Egyptian cartouches marked on it. Probably circa 1920 's, and it is in very good condition.

Givenchy Black & Rhinestone Bar Pin

This bar pin is quite a bit newer than the others on this page. It is textured silver tone metal with clear rhinestones. I believe the black cabochons are plastic on the ends and the bar pieces in between are also plastic. It is 2 ¾” long and ¼” wide, with a safety clasp. It is from the 60’s.

1930 Sterling Paste Bar Pin

This Sterling pin is marked STER with a serrated field. According to Deanna Farneti Cera, in her book “ Amazing Gems” on page 103 this mark is probably German . It measures 2 ¾” long by 3/8” wide. It has open metal work and clear “Paste” rhinestones. Very nicely made. It’s in great condition
